VIP program: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and chosen language.
Chat assistant: the content of messages you send us via the site's chat widget, solely to answer your question.

To send you our promotions and new arrivals (newsletter and VIP), with your explicit consent.
To offer you priority access and perks reserved for VIP members.
To answer your questions via the site's chat assistant.
3. Sharing with third parties
Messages sent through the chat assistant are transmitted to Anthropic (an AI provider) solely to generate a reply — they are not used for other purposes by that provider as part of our use.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Your information is not transferred to other third parties, except as required by law.
4. How long we keep your information
Your information is kept as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter or a VIP member, or until you request its deletion.
5. Your rights
Under Quebec's Law 25, you have the right to access your personal information, request corrections, and request its deletion at any time.
